Horrible quality and even worse customer service. Do NOT buy this dress from this business. It is diabolical quality to the point where none of the edges are hemmed, it has literally just been cut straight from a cloth, very wonkily too. I contacted them to return this dress due to the poor quality and they kept pushing me to keep the dress and offered various discounts like 10% and 25%. I insisted I will never wear the dress and want to send it back. They refused to cover any delivery and postage costs for both sides even though it is their issue as to why I am returning it, not just because I've changed my mind. I send it back recorded delivery, thank GOODNESS I did as I didn't hear from them for 3 MONTHS!!!! I nagged them about my refund and they finally gave it to me 4 MONTHS LATER with NO apology and no refund on delivery costs or return costs. So for a transaction that happened 4 months ago, it's cost me nearly £15 for shipping and return and I have no dress at the end of it. Awful awful. Do NOT use these people.

The dress can clearly be styled in many ways, but the material being cheap polyester just ruins it. The edges aren't even hemmed so the uneven cuts show. Overall would be okay for a cheap event, but not a wedding or formal attire
